Healthy relationships are the foundation to our physical and mental wellbeing.  Sometimes, our relationships can become derailed, leaving us feeling uncertain about ourselves and the future of those relationships.

One to one Coaching for you

Relationship coaching is a process by which you can take time to discover your role within a relationship, understand your own contribution and behaviour and gain insight into the behaviour of the other person or persons concerned. Through a structured coaching process you will:

  • Have space and time to express how you’re feeling
  • Discover the fundamenatals of effective communication
  • Become better at responding than reacting
  • Improve your active listening skills
  • Uncover unhelpful patterns of behaviour and find out how to interrupt and change them
  • Develop strategies to engage in constructive conversations
  • Learn about the neuroscience that has us saying what we say and doing what we do
  • Become calmer, more reflective and find a new level of contentment

One to One and Couple Coaching for you & your partner

I work with you both on an individual basis.  All I ask is that we have a joint summary session to close things off.  However, If you would rather attend more than one session together, you can.

This approach applies all the methodology of one to one coaching, where the subject for coaching is for the individual with the key difference being that each of you is also coached as an individual in terms of how you are contributing to the success of the relationship.

It is, therefore, a judgment free, totally objective approach.  That said, I will be direct in my observations and though I’m not on anybody’s ‘side’, I will point out individual behaviours for discussion and review. You will be guided away from blame and towards solutions, improved communication and mutually agreed goals which you will bring, individually, to each session.

This coaching approach will:

  • Unite you in that you will both be experiencing a unique yet shared coaching experience
  • Promote healthy, fact based conversations
  • Encourage you both to implement the learning from your sessions within your relationship
  • Create a Team Work approach whereby you are both committed to working on making changes and improvements

  • Individual session £60 A single, 75 minute session, guaranteed to help you gain clarity, self-reflection and move towards next steps
  • Package of 3 sessions £160 Three structured sessions with action planning and tasks to help you to be accountable
  • Couples Coaching £350 Six sessions (three each) Sessions conducted on an individual basis (unless requested otherwise) Bonus joint session to summarise and agree next steps (In person or via Teams)
