One-to-One Coaching

All coaching sessions are payable in advance of the first appointment, Payment can be made either by direct bank transfer or via card payment to the Now See The Wood PayPal account – (details will be issued with along with Coaching Contract).

Cancellation Policy for One-to-One Coaching

Cancellation means that the client has decided NOT to proceed with coaching.  Where one session, three sessions or six sessions have been booked and payment received, a full refund will be issued where notice is given up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.  Notice given 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a full refund less the cost of one session.

A cancellation of or ‘no show’ to the appointment on the same day/time the appointment is due will result in that session being chargeable.  Where one session has been booked, a full charge will be made.  Where block sessions have been booked and payment made, a no-show will result in a forfeit of one session from that package.

Group Coaching Workshops  

Each group coaching workshop is subject to a minimum number of delegates.  For Now See The Wood organised events, the minimum number will be advertised along with the workshop.  For Workplace Coaching, numbers will be agreed before the date of the workshop.

For Now See the Wood events, payment will only be requested and taken from delegates once this minimum number is reached.

Payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to commencement of the first session of the group workshop.  Payment for group coaching can be made either by direct bank transfer or by card payment to the Now See The Wood Paypal account – (details will be issued in a confirmation email).

Group coaching dates may be subject to change and notice will be given where possible of any alterations to advertised dates.

Cancellation Policy for Group Coaching Workshops

Delegates who have paid in full will receive a 50% refund if they subsequently cancel within 72 hours of the workshop start date.  No refund will be due for cancellation later than 72 hours’ notice.

* Free 30 Minute Taster Sessions

Free 30 Minute Taster Sessions are NOT applicable to clients who have been referred through an affiliated partnership where a discounted Coaching rate has already been applied.
